When thinking about how to start your facial cleansing program, it is best that everything is kept simple and natural. Research and years of studies on the effects of synthetic and natural ingredients, on the face, especially the sensitive areas on the face, has shown that simpler and less harsh ingredients work best with the body. By keeping things simple and relatively carefree, the skin will behave in a positive way and reward you with a beautiful glowing naturally occurring radiance!

When selecting a facial cleanser make sure it is not especially drying, especially in the harsh winter months when our bodies and especially our skin, naturally becomes less moist as the temperature drops outside and heats up inside artificially. Exercise is a great way to increase sweat production and thusly will improve the appearance and overall health of the ski.
